Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made in the Remote for Fire TV mobile application (the "App"). Because the App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) is the merchant of record for every in-app purchase and subscription.

1. All Purchases Are Processed by the App Store or Google Play

Auxility, Inc. does not process payments and cannot directly issue refunds. All charges, receipts, and refunds for the App are handled by Apple (on iOS, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) or by Google (on Android, under the Google Play Terms of Service), depending on where you downloaded the App. This applies to one-time purchases and to auto-renewing subscriptions alike.

2. How to Request a Refund

On iOS: refunds are handled by Apple — visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223 or https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select the purchase, and follow the prompts. On Android: refunds are handled by Google — visit play.google.com/store/account or request a refund via the Google Play order history. Apple and Google each review requests and decide the outcome at their discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (iOS) or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Android). Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current period — to request a refund for a charge, use the store process described above.

4. Free Features

The core remote — D-Pad, OK, HOME, BACK, MENU, VOL+, VOL-, MUTE, instant device discovery, voice search, and keyboard input — is free to use with no purchase required. Only optional premium (PRO) features involve a charge, and only those charges are subject to this policy.

5. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or move to a new phone, open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases to recover any active entitlement — through your Apple ID on iOS or your Google account on Android. Restoring is free and is not a new charge.

6. Contact
